Photo Hunters - Pointed

The Pointed Sword

The image you see above is a photograph of some graffiti I came across this past Canada Day. Normally I despise tagging, which looks like trashy scribbles, and usually costs the taxpayers for the clean-up. However, this in my opinion is art. For the purpose of this meme I am dubbing my photo "The Pointed Sword" :D

Happy photo hunting, and thanks so much for stopping by!

I agree that "The Sword" qualifies as art. I like your title for it too and it's perfect for the theme. Happy weekend.

Cool art you have shown here Sue. The only sword I ever love was the one held by Conan the Barbarian :P

Definitely agree that graffiti -- with a fine example being that in your photograph -- can be art! :)

We have a wide range of good and bad graffiti here in Adelaide. Yours is interesting. I watched some of the kids hard at work one day. Such a lot of work to achieve their outcomes.

Nice graffiti, I would also call it art. Well, unlike those that spray names only.

I think that graffiti certainly qualifies for art. I hope it is in a place where it can remain and be enjoyed by all. Have a good weekend Sue and thanks for visiting.
