I LOVE to read! Below is a list of 13 books I have read this past year. They are a mix of both non-fiction, and fiction, old, and new, and do not encompass all of the books I have read this past year, just the most memorable. Feel free to make any recommendations in the comment section.

Happy Thursday Thirteen! And thank you for stopping by!
I find it so wholly unfair that since turning 40 this past year issues like cellulite, spider veins, and body hair are more of a concern than ever. It is not easy being a woman or being a woman who is ageing! Thankfully these are all easily treatable with procedures like laser hair removal that can deal with this icky issue safely, and effectively.
The Southwest Vein & Laser Institute has a website that describes how these types of unsightly issues can be managed through their individualised plans. It is my philosophy that if our self esteem is effected by these issues why put up with them if we do not have to. If you are interested in any of these topics click on the link above, and check out this highly informative website. Includes photos.
Cheers!

It really boggles my mind what some people will ingest! I came across this article on The 6 Most Terrifying Foods in the World, and all I can say is you have to be pretty strong stomached just to check this out let alone eat what they have listed! Ewwwww!!!!
If you do click over (you are so brave) be warned there is some strong language on the site....granted if your squeamish that should be the last of your worries!

Having surgery can be a very scary thought for certain people, however when it comes to bladder or vaginal surgery fear for some women may be coupled with feelings of shame or embarrassment.
My mother taught us that there was no shame in discussing sexual health so I have no qualms about discussing this topic, and directing those of my readers who might benefit from visiting a leading online site for information on this type of medical procedure.
Drs. Miklos & Moore have put together a highly informative site on vaginal surgery, but please be aware that there are photos of pre, and post op deep within the website and therefore should be considered a mature content by users. A visit to the site will help you in making an informed decision, as well as hopefully alleviate any fears, misconceptions or shame. Knowledge is power in my opinion, and this website definitely goes a long way in providing knowledge on this subject.
Cheers!
