Yes that is me. The photo you see was taken a couple of weeks ago when I was on a mini vacation at Sauble Beach.

Also in the pic is my trusty Iron Man watch and I say trusty because it has literally lasted me almost an entire decade! And I have put it through a lot of punishment over the years including swimming with it on, and dropping it from a 6ft loading dock onto cement...and it still works!

Much as I love this watch especially for its outstanding performance I do think it may just be time to enter the 21st century with a new one so to speak. I have been looking at these Nike sports watches and they seem to be quite attractive in my opinion, plus priced reasonably to boot! At least this is what I found through the ShopWiki watch buying guides, which I found to be helpful.

I am also looking at these Ladies Luminox Dive watches because as I have already mentioned above I do enjoy swimming on a very regular basis and do not want to worry about my watch.

Any suggestions on brands that you have found to be exceptional would be most welcome.

After the tragic death of a young man last week on a Greyhound bus the company has had to remove a series of ads that stated " There's A Reason You Have Never Heard Of Bus Rage." The timing of this campaign to this bizarre and very rare attack on a bus line is very unfortunate, and I believe they have made a very wise move by removing them.
