I have written on this blog about how back in the day when I was still working full-time in the print industry I was often involved in helping set-up our company's trade show exhibits, and how fun those times could be on occasion.
I was reminded of that point within my own career today when I was checking out the Godfrey Group's website. The Godfrey Group provides all sorts of displays, booths, graphics, and other accessories at very reasonable pricing. I can tell you that I found their pages to be quite eye-catching and was eager to learn more.
They provide a large assortment of display options, and specialise in custom orders. They even will provide you with set-up, and knock down of your exhibit. How cool is that!
You can surf on over to their website to see what I'm talking about for yourself or if you would like you can give a quick call to one of their project managers via their toll-free line at (800) 789-9394. And do not forget to ask for details about their Exhibit Marketing & Sales Promotion Tool Book, which is free!
Cheers!

Hey My Peeps!
My daughter just rang me up on her lunch break to tell me she was heading over to Payless Shoes as not only have they got some great sales on summer shoes, but they have also apparently just started up another great BOGO event!
BOGO stands for Buy One Get One 1/2 off, and it is so worth it!
I think I may just head on over there tomorrow as the youngest kiddo needs some new sandals, and water shoes to take up to the cottage later this week.
Cheers!

Many of my regular readers would already know this, but just in case you are new around here I will tell you that aside from being a blogger, and shopping critic so to speak I am also the proud Mom of three young women.
I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my readers something that I have never shared online through this blog before, and that is that during the early 1980's when I was a young woman I was told by my G.P. that I may have difficulty having children of my own. This never thankfully came to pass as with the exception of one my pregnancies each were fairly easy to conceive. I do remember the devastating feelings I had at the time my doctor told me I may never have children, and therefore can greatly empathise with couples who are or have had difficulty in conceiving a child.
That of course as they say was then, and this is now. Medical science has come a very long way since those days, and today there is real, and positive help for couples who are having issues with infertility.
I had the opportunity to visit the website of Chicago infertility expert Dr. Randy Morris, and was very impressed with what I saw. Dr. Morris' website is very well designed, and user friendly. People can easily find the information that they are seeking. And there is quite a bit of info that can be found on everything you need to know about both male, and female infertility.
When I was starting out my family there was no internet, so of course no websites such as this where I could easily access information that could have given me some peace of mind through the knowledge that real help exists for those of us that may need it
Cheers!

It was with much sadness that I learned of the passing of one of my favourite comedians George Carlin this morning via the radio program I have my alarm set to. While I can say I am not overly shocked at his passing, (he battled drugs and drink most of his life) I am still very sad that the world has lost such a creative genius, and a person who was not afraid to tell it exactly as it is.
RIP George Carlin, you will be very much missed.
