Forgive the pun, but I thought this ad campaign was too cool.....
London on ice...literally
I originally saw the image above posted to the BBC. What you are looking at is famous London landmarks that are modelled in ice, the city itself can be seen in the background. How cool is it to see the London Eye all carved out in ice!
The entire sculpture was commissioned by a Chinese brewer as it promotes its beer in the UK. And it is definitely eye-catching!
Cheers!

Check out....
This site can hook you up with car rentals from all over the world, and they were voted the best car hire website for 2007. You can easily comparison shop from one online stop, and save yourself some big bux by doing so! Now how cool is that!
I have found their website to be useful, handy, and very well designed. Their travel guides include information on tourist destinations, how to get there, etc in well written articles that are easy to understand. Click on the linky above, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Easily search up the destinations you are interested in, and start saving some cash on your car hire.

As a proud Canadian it was with some sadness that I read today that Air Canada is set to cut 2,000 people's jobs as a direct response to fuel cost increases.
Montie Brewer, the president of Air Canada, called the job cuts "painful," but said the airline needs to reduce flying time in order to ensure profitability.
I guess this is yet another casualty to big oil's greed that not only affects people at the pumps, and through their pocketbooks, but through their very livelihoods as well.
Air Canada's cuts, and the closure of GM's Canadian truck plants are certainly as signal to possible rougher times ahead, and a blow to the Canadian labour force.

Good Morning My Peeps,
I had the opportunity to visit a website this morning that offers information on how to get in contact with marriage, and family phone counselors as well as providing articles, links, book recommendations, and other resources to individuals, and couples.
The website itself is very well put together in my opinion. I appreciated how easy it was to find the information that I was looking for, and that the directory of phone counselling has a consumer feedback rating system to help in the decision process of who might be best for your own circumstances. The site also clearly indicates where no feedback has yet been received.
When you look through the directory each counsellor comes with a link to details on their speciality, their credentials, and clearly lists the cost per minute of each phone call.
Part of this fabulous directory includes therapists, and counsellors that you can access online as well giving you more than one option in how users seek out the help they are looking for. I definitely would recommend the site to anyone either a.) looking to find a counsellor, or b.) is a counsellor, and looking for an effective way of advertising, and getting your practice out there.
While we hope to never need these services, statistics bear out that most of at some point will, and it is great to know that we can easily find the help we need through this online resource.
Cheers!
