I'm considering mild bribery... heck, I'm considering ANYTHING... We have about a week to go before the "One Old Red Bus" is off to the scrappers... and yet, things have kinda ground to a halt.

Let me make something kinda clear here...

We don't care WHO saves the bus... We don't need to own it... We are just hoping someone will other than a scrapyard!

For us to adopt it as a happy project (that we'd LOVE to have) would require $5,000.00

If anyone is willing to travel to Illinois, they will sell the bus for $2,200.00

Basically, if they DON'T sell, they lose their storage space and the bus will be scrapped.

So, like I said, if someone wants to give "us" (the whacky family with the bus issue) a $5,000.00 Christmas present, we'd be thrilled!

BUT...

We'd be EQUALLY as thrilled if ANYONE buys the bus for themselves or whatever... to save it from the wreckers.

Bloggers! Please HELP us get the word about THIS old RED bus out there! C'mon... everyone says they're looking for blog fodder... the pictures are cute... and EVERYONE seems to know the "double decker bus blog"... DO A POST ABOUT THE OLD RED BUS!

Time is honestly running out for the old girl...

For those who visit here and HATE the pleading and begging... and I know you're out there... like I said, I've got about ONE WEEK to either find $5,000.00 or find a buyer... or admit that we failed and the bus get's scrapped.

So, don't fret... we SHOULD return to the standard "One Old Green Bus" blog shortly... one way, or another.
